But, according to Troy Baker, who is the voice actor for Joel, it's probably a good thing that the release date for The Last of Us Part II hasn't been revealed yet, simply because, in his mind, the fans aren't ready for it. While speaking at the Manchester Comic-Con event, Baker talked about all of the trailers for The Last of Us Part II and concluded his statement by saying that "you're not ready" for the sequel. “There is nothing about this game, nor the reveals, that hasn’t been 100-percent carefully crafted and methodically curated. All I can tell you is that as much as you’re clamoring for it, you’re not ready.” Sony decided to not take part in this past June's E3 event, so we were unable to learn more regarding the publisher's upcoming exclusive content.
