You're thus forced to adapt after several sessions, which keeps you on your toes. The weapons in this game are a blast to use. There's something for every situation, including shotguns, grenade launchers, and melee weapons. They're classified into different tiers. The higher the tier, the more damage that weapon can do. What's most important about Left 4 Dead 2, much like the original, is its focus on cooperative play. You can enjoy the game solo, but you'll have a much better time in sessions with some friends. You truly feel like you're surviving together in the zombie apocalypse. Strategy and teamwork are necessary to pass each stage.
