Today, Taiwanese PC components and hardware manufacturer Thermaltake announced the release of Thermaltake WaterRam RGB Liquid Cooling DDR4 Memory 3600 MHz 32 GB. This is the ceiling model in the series but there is also the WaterRam RGB 3200 MHz 32GB and WaterRam RGB 3200 MHz 16GB. These kits are also 5V Motherboard RGB sync ready

The Thermaltake WaterRam is the world’s first two-way cooling memory. It offers both liquid cooling and traditional heat sink convection courtesy of the copper-based water block and aluminum heatsink. Choose between either option depending on your cooling preference and configuration as well.

With a 10-layer PCB construction, you can rely on this RAM for enhancing the overclocking performance and stability. The Hynix C-die IC and 3600MHz guarantee optimal performance when running the heavy AAA titles. The kit also has support for Intel XMP 2.0 one-click overclocking technology at low latencies.

The RAM water block comes with a CNC machined copper base, and PMMA cover for efficiency and durability as well. On the other hand, the mirror-finished CU base with anti-corrosive nickel plating enhances liquid flow, consequently, boosting cooling efficiency. Thermaltake’s exclusive liquid cooling technology keeps RAM temperature down by 32% compared to the regular RAMs using natural convection cooling.

While the Thermaltake WaterRam liquid cooling is the best when it comes to efficiency, the natural convection cooling is also reliable. The heatsinks have been constructed using 2mm aluminum for fast heat dissipation. Unlike the regular RAMs which use double coasted tissue tapes, this one has state-of-the-art thermal pads for enhanced thermal conductivity and weight endurance.

If you are a fan of RGB lighting, you will love this liquid-cooled RAM. It features stunning RGB illumination with 16.8M RGB color across 12 addressable LEDs. It can also sync with motherboard RGB software. Whether you have GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, ASUS Aura Sync, AsRock Polychrome or MSI Mystic Light Sync, the Thermaltake WaterRam has got you covered.

The Thermaltake WaterRam RGB Liquid supports motherboards with 5V addressable RGB header. It allows for easy controls directly from the above-mentioned software without installing any other software or buying a controller. The kit is also compatible with TT RGB PLUS, Razer Chroma, TT AI Voice Control, and Amazon Alexa RGB sync compatible.

The Thermaltake WaterRam RGB Liquid Cooling DDR4 Memory is available in all the Thermaltake authorized retailers. On Amazon, the 32GB variant will set you back $439 while the 16GB version costs $151. The RAMs will have a lifetime warranty while a two-year warranty covers the water block.
