Xbox Game Pass has been such an amazing service for Xbox gamers. Now, the platform is available to PC users — which opens up so many possibilities in terms of playing great games. Even more impressive is the Ultimate service costs only $1 a month. As you can imagine, this gives PC gamers some great savings to enjoy.

For the month of June, some great titles have been added to the platform. One of the more unique is Goat Simulator. That’s right. As of June 20, PC users who subscribe to Xbox Game Pass can enjoy this third-person action game’s surprisingly addicting gameplay.

If you’re not familiar with this hilarious title, it originally came out for Windows back in 2014. Subsequent ports followed for various platforms. Developed by Coffee Stain Studios, Goat Simulator is all about having fun. As the title implies, you essentially control a goat around a big open-world suburban setting.

It draws a lot of comparisons to the Skate games, featuring a flowing design. Only, there are no real objectives in the game. You’re free to do whatever you want, whenever you want as a goat. On paper, this may not sound like the most groundbreaking idea. However, when simulated, it produces so many hilarious and action-packed moments.

You can go around as a goat jumping over objects and bashing them with your head. You can even lick objects, which will then stay attached to your tongue. Imagine seeing a goat with a mailbox attached to its tongue going about town. That pretty much sums up Goat Simulator in a nutshell.

It’s not enough to just hear this description. You need to experience it firsthand, where you can unleash all of your goat fantasies in an environment that has no restrictions. Seeing this game do so well is pretty amazing. It started off as a demo joke.

However, those who initially got their hands on the title pushed for an actual game. The developers met this demand with a fully working game and the rest is history. It’s one of those games that you can just sit back and relax to, not having to pay attention to a detailed story. You simply control a goat to your heart’s desire.

You even have the ability to perform stunts with the goat, much like what you would do with a skateboard. There is so much to do and so much fun to be had with this game.
