World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth gamers can now enjoy the Weekly Bonus Event: Mists of Pandaria Timewalking! Every week, Blizzard comes out with a bonus event that high-level players can participate in. Timewalking events appear every few weeks, and they allow gamers to play through dungeons from older expansions.

Here is a quick clip showing what players can expect:

To partake in this event, players can queue into the Dungeon Finder’s Timewalking menu. Then once all the applicable roles have been filled, the five gamers will be transported into a dungeon that came out during Mists of Pandaria.

The six available Heroic Dungeons during this Timewalking event are:

Gate of the Setting Sun
Shado-Pan Monastery
Stormstout Brewery
Mogu’shan Palace
Temple of the Jade Serpent
Siege of Niuzao Temple

Gamers must be level 91 or higher, and when they enter the instance, their gear will be nerfed appropriately. That is a key feature of these Timewalking events; players’ powers are decreased for the dungeon, which makes sense considering these dungeons were made for level 90s.

The Mists of Pandaria Timewalking event is an excellent chance for veteran World of Warcraft players to enjoy a bit of nostalgia. It is also an opportunity for new players to give some content a try that may have skipped through while leveling.

Besides the good vibes and good times, there is another reason for gamers to conquer these instances. Timewarped Badges can be earned during the run.

There is also a quest available to pick up. It’s the classic “Complete 5 Timewalking dungeons,” and it can be picked up from either Chronicler Toopa in Boralus or Chronicler Shooper in Zuldazar. If completed, players will be rewarded with a piece of loot from The Eternal Palace normal-mode raid, as well as Artifact Power.

This isn’t the first time Mists of Pandaria’s content has been a part of the Timewalking event, and it’s usually met with excitement from old-school players.

The last Timewalking event was a couple of weeks back. Players had the opportunity to navigate through World of Warcraft: Cataclysm dungeons, as well as the Firelands raid.

World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth players have one week to queue in and earn the Timewarped Badges, as the event is scheduled to end on January 7th.

There are a lot of great mounts and toys players can buy with these badges, including Epic mounts from the older expansions.
