Infinity Ward has announced that the second beta weekend for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will have additional maps and game styles than the first. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 held its inaugural test weekend a week ago, and only PlayStation players were allowed to participate. Call of Duty fans on PC and Xbox may join in the second weekend of the beta. By seizing the moment, Infinity Ward has provided an even more comprehensive preview of the content that Modern Warfare 2 will offer.

The first weekend of the beta for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 was shockingly short. Initially, there were four playlists and three maps, including Team Deathmatch, Domination, Prisoner Rescue, Knockout on Farm 18, Mercado las Armas, and Breenbergh Hotel. By the weekend’s conclusion, two additional playlists, Search & Destroy and 3rd Person POV, had been added. For the first weekend of the beta, no other maps were introduced.

Players can choose from seven playlists and six maps during the second beta weekend of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, but there’s a catch. The new game modes include:
The 32-player with-vehicle Ground War mode.
The 20-player with-20-AI Invasion mode on a Ground War map.
The third-person mosh pit mode.
Cardiff Bay and Sa’id are the names of the two new maps. Unfortunately, these two new maps are just for Ground War.

This is a massive weekend for anyone who enjoys playing Call of Duty. The anticipation for each new Call of Duty release never rises above its beta stage. Even if many individuals playing this weekend have probably already made up their minds on whether or not to purchase Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the fact that so many people are playing at once adds to the spectacle. The addition of unlockable stuff only improves things.

No new content has been introduced to the beta since the second week began, but that could change on Saturday when the open beta is released.
