Pokémon Café Mix launched across the world in late June as a free-to-play puzzle game. The title was developed by Genius Sonority and published by Nintendo and The Pokémon Company on mobile and the Nintendo Switch. \n \nThe Pokémon Café Mix website recently announced that the game has been downloaded over five million times across the world. This milestone was achieved in less than one month after the game was released. \n \nIn commemoration of the milestone, gifts will be distributed within the game. From August 17 until August 30, players will receive 5,000 Acorns, three horizontal whistles, and three vertical whistles. Anyone who logs on between this period will receive the gift. \n \nUntil August 26, a special Pokémon guest, Grookey, will appear as a customer. Players can raise their friendship level with the Pokémon with various dishes. If players manage to max their friendship during the event, Grookey will become part of the café staff. In the next event, Celebi, will make an appearance with a possibility of recruiting the Pokémon as part of staff. \n \n \n \nPokémon Café Mix is a puzzle game combined with business management. Players link together Pokémon icons to prepare drinks and other dishes for visiting Pokémon characters. Ensuring each character is happy is th most important part. Some will become so happy with the shop that they may become staff members. \n \nAs the café becomes more popular, players can expand their building. This is essential to meeting new Pokémon and making more dishes and drinks available in the future. \n \nPokémon Café Mix focuses more on building relationships and partaking in cute puzzles than the action-packed gameplay fans may normally be familiar with. It's a game that can be played while waiting for new Pokémon Sword and Shield or Pokémon GO updates. \n \nThe game has recently launched. Nintendo has stated on the Pokémon Café Mix that more updates and special events are planned. These updates will be announced on the game's website and social media accounts. \n \nPokémon Café Mix is free to start and has some in-app purchases. While players can download the game on mobile and the Nintendo Switch, the data cannot be synced between devices. Players have until August 30 to grab their free gifts. \n \nPokémon Café Mix is now available on iOS, Android, and Nintendo Switch.
