Though it's not a big name title like Final Fantasy, gamers enjoyed the unique world Square Enix introduced them to, including brand-new characters.\r\n\r\nThe official website describes the story: "The world was at peace...or so it seemed. Who was to know such darkness lay in wait? The powers of the Remnants slowly began to change the world's balance. A rift slowly formed between those who ruled and those who obeyed. This was the dawning of a new era \u2014 an era of countless frays that would be brought upon the world by those enslaved by their own lust for power. A thousand years later, the journey of one young man begins."\r\n\r\nThe game is a large download, so players will need around 6.1GB of free space to download the title, plus at least 2GB of RAM on Android devices. The graphics engine was upgraded from the Unreal Engine 3 to 4. There were also higher-resolution graphics and other features unique from the PC port. They main revolve around small gameplay effects, attack area of effects, and quality of life improvement, such as sprinting.\r\n\r\nWhile the game is available on a variety of platforms already, this is one more way for gamers who don't have a console device to enjoy the game. It's unknown if the game will be released on any other platform, either physically or digitally in the future. \r\n\r\n<em>The Last Remnant Remastered<\/em> is now available on iOS and Android devices.
