NVIDIA GeForce’s tweet seems to have produced ripples in the community-id. Happy to some players; the skeptical ones are on the other side of the fence; and all shades of options in between. Players like @Venom_Big_Boss are just happy to get a new 007 game after years of what seems like forever. @DougieFresh_83, on the other hand, says: “I’ll wait until they show me more gameplay before I get excited.'”
But what exactly is 007 First Light? Well, it is an all-new IO Interactive experience. And if their past record means anything, this could truly be their stealth-action-classic with that beautiful Bond style. The tweet didn’t go very far into the mechanics, but that brief mention of RTC On has at least Anthony70560420 calling the graphics “crazy.”
Now, comparisons are rolling in; @TheLimpingMerc mentioned this would probably feel like a Bond twist on the recent Indiana Jones game, which really isn’t such a bad thought. And while there are those like @ChillestChugg not that impressed with the graphics popping out of Rockstar’s floor, the newfound attention on Bond is appreciated by those who feel the spotlight nowadays.
The reaction is mixed, but the hype is strong. @PepperoniCobra said it’ll be very good; @ItsATrappPlays termed it interesting. And then @peachpopies jokingly inquired if anyone needed an 008, because, why not?
One thing is for sure—2026 can’t come soon enough. Whether you are in for stealth or story or just for watching a young Bond make wild chaos of sorts, this is one to look out for: with IO Interactive in charge, therefore, the pressure is set fairly high.
