Chibig is also known for its release of Summer in Mara, a farming adventure game, which was launched this year on PC, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game has sold more than 90,000 copies so far. Chibig hopes to expand its library of titles on the Nintendo Switch with the launch of Deiland.

Deiland, which will have the full name Deiland: Pocket Edition, is a farming game where players care for their tiny planet. This consists of cultivating fields, crafting items, building structures, and cooking recipes. As players care caring for their planet, other explorers, pirates, magicians, or even a chef may visit to help or harm all that hard work.

The new edition will incorporate all four seasons into the gameplay. Each season will last for one week. Crops will depend on what season they’re planted in. Overall, the farming experience has received an upgrade.

New members have joined the Chibig team to help bring Deiland: Pocket Edition to life. That includes working again with Adrián Berenguer, composer of the soundtrack of Summer in Mara, and Rafa Giménez, who previously worked on Deiland. Additional artists helped create some of the new characters and help enhance the overall visuals.

Deiland: Pocket Edition includes all of the previously released DLC, plus new locations, missions, and items. The DLC includes more than 30 extra missions, new plants, trees, and a whole new planet to explore. This content was released over the course of two years but will be immediately available when the game launches on the Nintendo Switch.

The Kickstarter has been fully funded but is currently working to fulfill stretch goals. The first stretch goal for Seasonal Fishing has been accomplished. This will unlock various fish species depending on what Season it is.

The next stretch goal unlocks new character art to expand the current range of emotions. The new art will help bring the characters to life even further. The next two stretch goals are unknown. The final goal is for an animated intro in 2D.
