The official website goes into detail and states that the delay is to improve the quality of the game further. The developer apologies for the delays and thanked the fans for their support. The previous delay was due to developing issues caused by the COVID-19 situation, which has been an issue for many developers this year.

Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family is a cooking simulation game based on the popular Fate series. The preview images show Shiro together with Saber, Rin, and Sakura together in the kitchen.

In the game, players will chop ingredients, bake, and fry dishes to make them as delicious as possible. Saber, Sakura, and Rin will take on various challenges. Although the game is a cooking simulator, it will also have an original story unique to the series.

The official Japanese website goes into detail about the four main characters and their specialties. Starting with Saber, she is Shiro’s servant who resides within the Emiya’s household. Rin is Shiro’s classmate and the sixth successor to the Tosaka family. Her specialty is Chinese food.

Sakura is younger than Shiro but takes cooking lessons from his family. She becomes good at cooking, especially Western dishes. Shiro is an apprentice magician with many skills. He excels at home cooking.

Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family is planned to be a digital download through the Nintendo Switch store. The game is a single-player game, and the rating has not yet been determined. The title is not scheduled to be released on any other platform at this time, but this could change in the future.

Everyday: Today’s Menu for the Emiya Family was previously announced to launch in Japan but also in North America. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been much additional information regarding the North American release. The developer is still working on the English language website.
