After getting delayed several times, CD Projekt Red‘s upcoming first-person, open-world, RPG — Cyberpunk 2077 — is due out on November 19, and it’s already playable on the PlayStation 4.
On Monday morning, CD Projekt Red QA lead Łukasz Babie tweeted out that he’s unlocked Cyberpunk 2077’s platinum trophy, and revealed that the game will have on 1 gold, 17 silver, and 26 bronze trophies in total. You can check out the CDPR dev’s tweet below.
So, it looks like Cyberpunk 2077 will, in fact, meet its scheduled release date, barring any unforeseen circumstances. Of course, the game’s next-gen version is due out sometime next year, with its multiplayer coming sometime in 2022.
The next Night City Wire stream will happen later this week on Friday, September 18, and it’ll focus on the various gangs, and give a look at the creation of the game’s score.
“Join us on Friday, September 18 at 6PM CEST, for the 3rd episode of Night City Wire,” said CD Projekt Red on Twitter. “We’ll take you on a tour around Night City, check up on its gangs, and give you a sneak peek into the creation of Cyberpunk 2077’s original score.”
Last week, CD Projekt Red revealed that Cyberpunk 2077 won’t have microtransactions, but its multiplayer, which is a separate project, will. However, CDPR boss Adam Kicinski said they won’t be aggressive.
“Well, we are never aggressive towards our fans,” said Kicinski. “We treat them fair and we’re friendly. So of course not, we won’t be aggressive. But you can expect great things to be bought. The goal is to design the monetisation in a way that makes people happy spending money. And no, I’m not cynical. I’m not trying to hide something. It’s about giving the feeling of value, always.”
Like with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Cyberpunk 2077 will have both free and paid post-launch DLC. In fact, it’ll have more post-launch content than their previous open-world title, which means that the first-person RPG will get at least three story expansions.

As of this writing, CD Projekt Red hasn’t revealed the file size for Cyberpunk 2077, but they’ve said that it won’t eat up 200GB of hard drive space. Back in June, there were reports suggesting that the game will be somewhere around 80GB, but nothing official has been announced.
Cyberpunk 2077 is entering its final stages of development, and as previously mentioned, it’s playable on the PlayStation 4, so it should finally get released on November 19 for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
