Besides the serious esports action, VALORANT Masters Toronto is giving fans a chance to mingle and support the artists behind some of their favorite fanworks. The official Twitter account of VAROLANT announced that Artists Alley would be at the event, where fans can grab merch, prints, and coloring books from their favorite local artists.

The tweet went viral almost immediately, and the community could not hold their hype. Fans flooded the replies with excitement, tagging their fave creators, begging for every merch drop. There were some great reactions when @kittenluvr420 joked about bringing alcohol markers to color during the matches. Now, that’s dedication.

Players soon got showered with love, too. Replies were filled with shoutouts to players, especially the Sentinels roster, called “GOATs” and “pookies” more times than one could count. Some fans went full emotional, buffering heart emojis and tagging players and artists in all caps in classic Twitter style.

Of course, there were a few who found no joy in any of the excitement. One user under the moniker of @Pika59306510681 must have seen fit to throw shade on the banned system of VALORANT. You just can’t please everyone, right?

A must-attend event for every VALORANT fan, with elite competitions and the hope of getting their hands on the special art. If you are already well immersed in the fandom, you better keep this weekend free. The tickets are already on sale, but ticket sellers might not have much time left before they are all scooped up judging from the replies.

And, honestly, Riot might want to consider keeping this Artists Alley as a perpetuity at every upcoming event based on how much hype it engendered. The spirit is entirely contagious, and supporting these creators is precisely what sustains our communities.

If you’re in Toronto and love VALORANT (or just art of any kind), GET THOSE TICKETS NOW before they’re gone! And if you’re not, very little else could embarrass you permanently except living through all the fan snaps and merch hauls that will flood Twitter shortly.

Maybe we need to take a moment to talk about how @chierri_xo’s coloring books are pretty much the MVP of this whole thing? Because yes, those have to become a permanent merch item. No debates.

Anyway, the hottest joint this weekend would be VALORANT Masters Toronto alongside all the esports, art, and ridiculous screaming to be found on this side of the world.
