Easily one of the most enjoyable aspects of Red Dead Redemption 2's Story and Online modes is the mechanics behind capturing and cataloging the many different breeds and coats of horses available throughout the game. At the start of the game, only a few breeds will be available to the player, each with a predetermined set of coats that can be found on them.
