Fans of The Last of Us Part II Remastered got some exciting news! On April 3, Ellie will be seen wearing the newly available skin called Jordan’s jacket from *Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet*.
This skin is all part of the patch update version v2.0.0 exclusively for PlayStation players. PC players too will avail of the skin but will have to log in with a PlayStation Network account to unlock the new feature. But don’t worry—PSN is not necessary to play the game on your PC.
The jacket itself is going to refer much with the 80s looks carried in *Intergalactic*. It’s bold, retro, and applicable for Ellie’s post-apocalypse adventures; out in Seattle, or in the midst of infected combat, it brings a fresh feel into the game. Little things like these keep the experience feeling fresh.
Some already buzz about it: one of the fellows went tweeting as: “I can’t believe I’m hyped about more TLOU2, thought it was done and dusted. Love you guys ❤️.”
Another quipped, “I can’t wait to play this lesbian space game with my wife’s boyfriend.” It shows the humor and excitement about how much this community loves this game. Not all, however, rejoice. Player lines read: “One more reason to not play it.”
But for many people, it turned out to be a lovely surprise. It, however, goes on to show how *The Last of Us Part II* sounds evolving even years after the release. It inspired playful speculation around the jacket.
A fan asked, “Is it remaster or remake? Or it is a remake of *The Last of Us* season 1 in which Ellie wears this jacket the whole show?” It is a nice proposition; whatever it is, that’s an experience in-game for now.
So whether one is a hardened enthusiast or just somebody curious about the latest skin, April 3 is a noteworthy date to be marked on the calendar. The new updated look for Ellie is a small but exciting reason to go back to that memorable game.
Who knows? It could actually fire you up enough to make you play again. So, what do you think? Are you going to be sporting Jordan’s jacket in The Last of Us Part II Remastered? Let us know in the comments!
