Doom Eternal is an amazing blend of non-stop demon slaying, hardcore metal music, and surprisingly competent platforming. It has elevated the Doom franchise to new heights, which can be attributed to id Software knowing what improvements were needed after the successful Doom (2016). \n \nThe game has now been out 10 days and so far, the community has really loved this latest installment overall. It's definitely one of the best first-person shooters to date, which is saying a lot considering the awesome titles we've gotten over the years in this genre. \n \nhttps:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=LCGcBi5T22c \n \nNaturally, there would be those in the community interested in changing up some of the designs and mechanics. That's certainly the case for the FearLess Cheat Engine community. They've dedicated a lot of time to adjusting various aspects. Most notably, they were able to come up with a third-person perspective for the game. It definitely is a drastic change from the first-person visuals that fans have come to know and love over the years. \n \nTo highlight their efforts, a trailer was just put out showing off these new third-person visuals firsthand. We see the Slayer going toe to toe with various demons. The intense action seems about the same, but the new vantage point is definitely unique to say the least. \n \nIt instantly gives Doom Eternal a different feel. You're taken out of the immersive action a bit and instead given a greater perspective of the levels and enemies. In some ways, this is a negative. That's particularly true in regards to locking players into tense, adrenaline-pumping sequences. \n \nStill, there are those who will undoubtedly enjoy the third-person visuals. You'll have an easier time seeing enemies and preventing them from sneaking up on you when your locked on another threat. There are also a lot of gamers that prefer a third-person perspective over first-person visuals. These players are probably jumping up in excitement about the new visual options. \n \nIt should be mentioned that these third-person visuals are not meant to be taken too seriously. Rather, they just give players a fun option to play around with when they want a different experience. Still, it's incredible work from the Cheat Engine community. It shows that people are stoked about Doom Eternal and want to celebrate it in different ways. If you haven't had the chance to check it out for yourself, now's the perfect time. It will go down as one of the best FPS ever.
