Nvidia RTX Unveils A New Line Of Creative Laptops, Targeting Independent Artists

Nvidia just recently unveiled another ten devices, bringing the total of the RTX Studio laptops to 27. The new line of models is expected to provide desktop-level and high-quality computing performance targeting independent artists.

The tech manufacturing giant has been explicitly targeting the independent artist niche because of their role in fuelling the growth of digital advertising, social media, and 3D modeling and development. These new laptops, as Nvidia says, will work up to as much as seven times the capacity of the 15inch MacBook Pro.

Over the last couple of years, Nvidia and its partnering allies including Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, Acer, HP, and Razer, has been delivering unique designs and full-capacity laptops made to simplify tasks and enhance the gaming experience.

The new RTX line is expected to power the creative workflows of professionals working in their specific fields because of the combination of RTX GPUs and NVidia Studio Stack. Moreover, the new models include dedicated Studio Drivers fueling an improvement in the performance of the commonly used creative apps and software.

Along with the launch, Nvidia also unveiled a new creative app to support the new RTX line. This includes ISVs for Adobe Substance Painter, Blender Cycles, Dimension 5 D5 Fusion, Foundry MODO, Autodesk Flame, and Luxion KeyShot. Nvidia’s RTX technology has brought a total of 40 creative apps running smoothly on the GPU. The RTX line is not only capable of improving performance, but it has allowed users to perform on-demand ray tracing and other GPU exhaustive functions.

And with technology moving to the next level, new AI-based features are being incorporated into the functionality of the creative laptops. Many of the big app and software giants are tapping into the power of the RTX technology to make their products and services even more powerful. Brands like Adobe, Blackmagic, and Pixar, has continuously used the Nvidia brand to help them optimize their graphic results.

Nonetheless, with a total of 27 new creative laptops, anyone looking for the right tool will find it easy to pick the appropriate notebook with the proper performance. Nvidia highlighted the 10 new RTX line which includes the Lenovo Legion Y740 Studio Edition, Lenovo ThinkPad P53, and P73, Dell Precision 7540 and 7740, HP ZBook 15 and 17, and the BOXX GoBOXX SLM mobile workstation.

These units are also powered by reliable GPUs such as the GeForce RTX 2060 to Quadro RTX 5000.
