Today at EVO 2022, Capcom conducted a Street Fighter 6 panel where a new teaser was unveiled. Two new announcers that will be included in the Live Announcer feature are shown in the trailer.
James Chen and Tasty Steve are two more voices. They join Vicious and Aru, who were previously made public. The gameplay in the trailer also includes Guile, Luke, Chun Li, and Jamie.
If you’re unfamiliar with live commentary, it works similarly to how it does in other sports games and dynamically adjusts the commentary track to what is happening on screen.
2023 will see the release of Street Fighter 6 on the PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. It was hinted at in February and unveiled in full in June. At Summer Game Fest a few weeks ago, Guile was finally revealed.
Along with the main theme’s official music video, “Not on the Sidelines,” we also learned about the themes for Chun-Li, a newish character named Luke, Ryu, Jamie, Guile, and the music composed for Ryu.
In a previous post, Street Fighter six has arrived to satisfy your need for some stylish combat. Additionally, there appears to be a suggestion of an open world with a “Battle Hub” as well. Although you won’t be able to play it until 2023, there will be some entertaining fighting.
Even though not everything is known, as was previously said, we do at least have a release date of 2023 to work with. I apologize, but you can still mark your calendars.
Street Fighter 6 will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, even though the announcement was made on the PlayStation’s State of Play.
You’ll be able to control the new character Luke, a powerhouse who is depicted in the trailer wearing a hoodie. Luke will likely take the stage in upcoming episodes.
