Ubisoft has made a huge announcement-Battle for Brooklyn, the next DLC of The Division 2, will be released on May 27. Now, that sounds like a full frontal assault on the senses! A new Deep Dive trailer is here to show us everything that comes, and if you ever wanted to go back to New York, now’s your shot!

Not everything was elaborated on in the tweet from the official account of The Division 2, but from what we can see in the attached trailer, Brooklyn is up for additional chaos. New missions and new gear should be expected; then there will probably be loads of rogue agents just trying to ruin your day. The tweet links to more info, but honestly? Definitely hype-worthy.

For those of you who may have missed it, since launch, The Division 2 has had steady big pieces of content, and so far, this Brooklyn expansion looks like a decent one.

The players got to wrest NYC during pandemics in the original game; this time, we will be going deep into that urban warfare feel with crumbling buildings, tight alley shootouts, and probably a bunch of loot hidden in abandoned subway tunnels-good, classic Division stuff.

Then what? May 27, one target: Good luck to the Agents. If past DLCs have taught us anything, it is that this will have its surprises. In any case, maybe the lack of an outcry implies that they have been cookin’ hard preparation for loadouts? Or are they just lying in wait for a thunderous ambush on the comments? Whatever the case, Brooklyn is about to erupt.

Price? Not yet. Any grander storyline it may tie into? No clue. But it’s Ubisoft, so some surprises will definitely creep in. And if you’re sitting on that fence, even just to keep yourself in the game, watching that Deep Dive trailer is an hour well spent-just saying.

So mark your calendar, clean that gun, and get off the streets. Brooklyn is calling, and it spells big trouble.
