Remnant: From the Ashes has been one of the more popular third-person shooters. Not only does it let players take down epic monsters and bosses now threatening the world, but it supports co-op.

Players can thus team up with two other friends and go at these beasts from another dimension together, for even more memorable combat experiences. Most of the community is in agreement that this game has only gotten better with time.

If you’ve had the pleasure of enjoying this monster-slashing ride, now you have more content to look forward to as the final and biggest DLC to date called Subject 2923 is out now.

Players that want to check it out can look forward to a continuation of an already epic and gripping story, filled with new allies, enemies, and areas to explore. Remnant: From the Ashes already was massive in size, but now there are even more dimensions to explore and conquer with some mates or solo.

As far as the campaign story, it dives deeper into the mysteries of The Dreamers. How are they connected to the Root and what are their intentions? These are the sort of questions you’ll get to answer one way or another.

The new areas that are being added in this final DLC expansion seem pretty varied. They include an abandoned military base, rural lands, and frosty mountaintops that spell just as much trouble as the monsters lurking about them.

While you’re learning more about The Dreamers, you’ll go toe to toe with new enemy types and bosses. The developer Gunfire Games has made sure you’re ready for these new challenges thanks to all-new weapons and gear. It should be fun learning new weapon mechanics and figuring out the best path to approach these new threats that are affecting all of humanity.

It’s sad that this is truly the last DLC expansion for Remnant: From the Ashes, but it has been quite the ride for fans thus far. Subject 2923 is a great way to cap things off and give returning players more content to enjoy for hours.

If you haven’t had the chance to play this third-person shooter, you have a lot of content to play through. When you’re not moving through portals and discovering unique worlds, you’ll get to put your combat and shooting skills to the test. Playing with a friend or two never gets old and you all can have each other’s backs.
