Just premiered, a deep dive into the art vision Vol I Two has been set up, and fans are practically devouring it-well, maybe for the most part. From this latest behind-the-scenes look, we learned from the game’s art director Dino and design team about the journey of bringing Marvel heroes to life in the finest detail. It was even a matter of movement and how aesthetics should enter into it; the devs solved every single puzzle down there. The art style is being appreciated by some; however, some fans do have opinions.

Taking that idea from the good part, the Marvel Rival team took to the twitters to thank fans for embracing the game’s art style. And really? They deserve to be thanked. The visuals are clean, flashy, and lined with loads of character: the nice Spiderman swings or the Hulk smashes! It’s definitely not a lack of detailing. One fan named @_Crispmilk_ went as far as to say they’re excited about a possible art book-until they have to sell out in seconds.

However, with all of the fame, the complaining still continued. @OmooreRo basically accused the devs of being biased toward Storm, specifically citing the wind mechanic for reloading and lack of escape options. Ouch. Then @AnvilDexter is still mad about Black Widow’s sniper rifles and is now demanding that the devs bring her Uzis back. @Honey1424711 aren’t happy about Adam Warlock losing flight either, calling it “the one wrong move” of the devs.

Next up-the daily requests: Cyclops requests by @FalseReven sit at Day 97 (with that hard dap he’s known for, of course), and White Tiger requests by @RealVukester sit at Day 153, probably no longer begging politely at this point. Now, it’s just a tradition.

Moving on to matchmaking drama: Oh, goodness. @iDeNiieD felt pretty much no need to sugarcoat every word and simply dared devs to either fix matchmaking or disband the game. Harsh; well, passionate opinions in the Marvel fandom. @Theafrocain just took it a step further to propose 24-hour bans for quitters. Yikes. Meanwhile, @Batman99166822 is here, roasting support and their damage outputs as all caps HORRIBLE.

Yet, it’s not all negative. In fact, some fans like @L_Pinguim tip the scales for art and praise the dev team for revealing the creative process. Then @zenovers_lol appears, demanding Ultron’s release on supervillain monologue intensity.

The next stage of the cut-throat drama is a back-and-forth screaming match between @Mr_3van_shoe and @FlorianCellier1 about AI for balancing. Spoiler alert: Florian is deadset against it, calling it an insult to the devs, while Oz supports data-driven updates. That’s a whole debate on its own and honestly? It’s quite entertaining to watch unfold.

What does that leave us with, then? An art team that can really paint a pretty picture for Marvel Rivals but was met with plenty of messiness when it came to gameplay tweaks. The fans are here to stay: they’re not shy about telling the devs what they want-new characters, balance changes, and even better matchmaking.

One thing we can say for sure is the passion is real. Searching for whose side that is can either be a good thing or a chaotic mess. At any rate, Marvel Rivals is way more than just a game-it’s a spectacle in itself-and realistically, we wouldn’t want it any other way.
