The Humble Monthly Bundle is officially gone. The subscription-based bundle offered a variety of games, but most were a mystery. \n \nThe games often ranged from a few big titles, and then a few indie titles. It was an excellent opportunity for gamers to try out new titles they may have previously passed on. \n \n \n \nIn October, Humble announced that the Humble Monthly Bundle was ending. It was being replaced with Humble Choice, which is also a subscription service. \n \nHumble Choice makes some significant changes to the subscription service. When the new month of ten titles of released, gamers will see everything in advance and is no longer a "gamble." Players now have more freedom to choose the titles they want. \n \nSubscribers can now choose up to nine games to keep. The amount depends on which tier gamers sign up for. In the lowest tier, Basic, players can choose three games. In the highest tier, gamers can choose nine games. \n \nThe first games for Humble Choice have been revealed for December: \nShadow of the Tomb Raider \nBlasphemous \nPhantom Doctrine \nAncestors Legacy \nDead In Vinland \nHorizon Chase Turbo \nDark Future: Blood Red States \nX-Morph: Defense \nAegis Defenders \nDesert Child \n \nShadow of the Tomb Raider is one of the bigger titles in the list, plus it was only released last year. This is only the base game and has no information on if it's the Definition Edition that contains all DLC content. Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the last chapter in Lara Croft's origin story. \n \nThe official Steam page states: "In Shadow of the Tomb Raider, experience the final chapter of Lara's origin as she is forged into the Tomb Raider she is destined to be." \n \nThe game features a new jungle setting where a hidden city lies. This is the biggest hub space in a Tomb Rader game. \n \nThe tiers also include the Humble Trove, which contains over 90 games. These games are all DRM free, and new titles are added once a month. Active subscribers can download games from the Trove at any time. The subscription also includes up to 20% off all Humble Store games. \n \nThose who were previously signed up with Humble Monthly have been automatically moved into Humble Choice. These plans are considered "Grandfathered" and players won't have to pay the increased costs that new Humble Choice members do.
