Digital game platform GOG is hosting its annual Spring Sale with a bonus for those who are social distancing at home. GOG has announced they’re offering 27 games for free as part of their “Stay at home and play some games” campaign.

GOG is similar to other popular forms like Steam and Epic Games Store, except that all of their times are DRM-free. The platform also has a digital game launcher so that players can organize their free and paid games all in one place.

“Even if the sun is shining and the flowers have already started to bloom where you live, health and safety are on everybody’s mind right now. Closing the shades and playing video games can be one of the good ways to relax and pass the time when you stay at home. We’re here to help you choose your next great adventure with this selection of free games from our catalog and a massive Spring Sale running until March 30th.” states the campaign webpage.

Signing up for a GOG account is free. After signing up and logging in, players can head to the Stay at Home campaign page to see the entire list of free titles. Gamers can easily click the “Free” button on all of the games they want, then head to the Shopping Cart button to check out. No payment is required for free purchases.

The games include Postal: Classic and Uncut, Hello Neighbor Alpha Version, Shadow Warrior Classic Complete, and three games from the Ultima series.

Hello Neighbor Alpha Version is an early demo from 2017 of the stealth horror game that is an introduction to the full game. It has a basic house and gameplay. tinyBuild warns that the game has some glitches and may crash, but still provides some fun.

Also added in is the spin-off game from The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt entitled GWENT: The Witcher Card Game. GWENT is a strategy card game that continually adds new content, events, and has recently arrived on iOS devices with an Android release planned soon. GWENT also has cross-play enabled for those who want to compete with others on other platforms, but console support is ending in June.

GOG’s Spring Sale also offers over 2,500 deals for up to 90% off. The sale lasts until March 30th.
