Listen up, Fortnite players, because tonight’s item shop has been leaked and it offers sexy items! Looking at some cosmetics that were once must-haves, with some new emotes and fresh dockers added to the next wave of cosmetics, Epic Games will definitely be there for you all. And, yes: if in your head, there is a vacuum named “Obi-Wan Kenobi,” you’ll work it out.
Top billing: after a year’s absence, perhaps the last time was back in May, Obi-Wan Kenobi is making a re-entry in the item shop for all the Star Wars fans that missed him the last time or wanting to dust off that lightsaber again—here’s your chance! But wait just a little bit more for another surprise: The Dune bundle returns for a third time in 40 days. Guess Epic really want us to ride those sandworms, huh?
Now, about the new. It seems from the leaks there’ll be new emotes, including one for Madison Beer. No idea what it looks like, but from all of her previous collaborations, anything goes with flash. Also, a huge batch of ICON emotes is coming back (somewhere between four and seven of them).
W1ndz Locker Bundle now appears. Please don’t ask what’s inside; it’s gotta have W1ndz’s name attached to it, which means sweat-level highest. Most likely wild wraps or back bling, screaming “I spend too much time in Creative mode.”
Why would this even matter? Because the Fortnite shop is pretty much a FOMO wind tunnel. Miss Obi-Wan this time, and who knows when he ever comes back, eh? Same for the Dune items; 40 days between appearances dwell frequently enough to be annoying, but EZ rotation knows no certainty.
Let’s keep it real, though: that Madison Beer emote is gonna sell like hotcakes. Celebrity collabs always will. Remember the Marshmello concert? Or the Travis Scott event? Yeah. Fortnite sure knows how to talk V-Bucks.
Speaking of ICON emotes—those little gems are the underground hit! They’re fairly cheap, they’re fun, and they let you strut your stuff in the pre-game lobby. So if you’ve been yearning for a certain one to make its comeback, tonight might just be your night.
Then again, all this asks the real question: how much more damage will be done to that wallet of yours? The last time Obi-Wan’s bundle was brought forth, it certainly wasn’t cheap; and, if the Dune bundle sees another infusion of goodies, well, it’s time to brace for a major payout. But, then again, isn’t that what those leftover Battle Pass V-Bucks are exactly for?
Bottom line: if you’ve been sitting on your savings for something huge, this is the night to check the shop for sure. Obi-Wan himself is worthy of an actual login radius, but with all the new emotes and mystery bundles, this very well could be one of those rare shop rotations where everything deserves a look.
