An announcement from one of the most well-known leakers in Fortnite, HYPEX, claims that Shockwave Hammer, an all-time favorite mobility and combat item, is making a very short return. Responses timidly followed-while some revered the return, others were left wondering: “Why for just a day?”
An absolutely enraged Ali Ali said it so well for all the mixed emotions: “WE WON (for 24 hours),” while another said outright, “only a day? why bother?” Strong feelings basked on those that thought it just wasn’t enough time to really enjoy the item.
Meanwhile, the new Reload map quickly snowballed into a much-debated topic. Corey Bublitz also didn’t limit himself and labeled the map as “already sweaty af,” meaning the higher-skilled players had already claimed it. Folks like Emmanuel Ramirez were electric with hype about the movement options. “Finally best movement!” he said.
Those were not the only matters taking up the talking room of players. Some seemed confused about ranked resets, with a few asking if their ranks had just been wiped off.
