You can claim a free copy of Watch_Dogs 2 during the Ubisoft Forward event today. It runs between 14:30 est and 16:30 est and is running on a bunch of different channels, including the Ubisoft official channel as well as streamers like LIRIK and Myth.

All you need to do is watch the stream with your Twitch account linked to your uPlay account. It should arrive in your drops inventory. Alternatively, you can watch Ubisoft Forward on the official Ubisoft website and collect Watch_Dogs 2 that way.

Ubisoft Forward is the company’s way of showing off its upcoming titles in lieu of E3, which wasn’t able to happen this year. Despite Ubisoft’s current difficulties and accusations in the media, the event goes ahead unhindered.

Tune into Ubisoft Forward after the coverage of Trackmania and before the end of the show. You’ll get a copy of Watch_Dogs 2 free to play on PC if you have uPlay installed.

Ubisoft Forward is this weekend’s coverage of the upcoming games from Ubisoft into Fall 2020 and early 2021. Coverage includes Far Cry 6, which was leaked earlier this week, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla and Watch Dogs: Legion.

Far Cry 6 features Giancarlo Esposito, the evil chicken-meth guy from Breaking Bad, as the main villain. It’s set on another tropical island with corrupt dictators and a vicious resistance force. Sounds very Far Cry to me.

Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla was revealed with a huge teaser trailer a few weeks ago, pretty unexpectedly. Ubisoft is currently working their way through just about every historical setting possible for the AC franchise.

Watch Dogs: Legion is the next-gen Watch Dogs game and its set in London. Early trailers look fantastic and virtual London is faithfully brought to life with rain, buses and phoneboxes.

There will likely be other hints, teasers and coverage of Ubisoft’s upcoming games as well as more details about Hyper Scape, a brand new free Battle Royale from the studio. A tech test ran last week for PC with drops available on Twitch. Check out the review here.
