IFA 2019 is officially starting today but already, much has been disclosed about the gaming gear that will be at the exhibition. Korean manufacturer LG won’t be left behind as they will also be showcasing a new member of the LG UltraGear family – the LG 27GN750.

‘’The latest addition to LG’s industry-leading lineup of ultra-fast IPS gaming displays will be unveiled for the first time in Berlin from September 6-11 followed by commercial availability in the fourth quarter in key markets of Europe and North America.’’ Read an excerpt from the official press release by LG.

The new LG 27GN750 UltraGear joins two other monitors in the UltraGear family – the 27GL850 and 38GL950G. The three share several features, but at the end of the day, they are designed for different gaming needs.

The 27GN750 is based on a 27-inch IPS panel with 400 nits brightness, sRGB 99%, and HDR10. It is particularly aimed at gamers looking for a 1080p gaming monitor – the other two are for 1440p gaming.

For gamers, three aspects are key – refresh rate, response time, and adaptive sync.
So far, the LG 27GN750 UltraGear has the fastest refresh rate, 240 Hz to be precise. Combined with NVIDIA G-SYNC, there is no screen tearing, or stuttering at all, guaranteeing smooth visuals. On the other hand, the 1ms (GTG) response time ensures you react as fast as possible in games that require precise and accurate movements.

For connectivity, the new monitor has the same options as the other members of the UltraGear family. It has been designed with one DisplayPort, two HDMI, and a USB 3.0 Hub (1 up / 2 down).

Just like the 27GL850 and 38GL950G, the new LG 27GN750 also boasts several game-dedicated features.

They include Dynamic Action Sync mode, which allows gamers to see the action in real-time without any image-processing delays. There’s also Black Stabilizer for illuminating and clarifying on-screen areas of deep black and Crosshair for fps gamers. You can aim an insect next to your enemy, leave alone the perfect headshots.

As of yet, there is no information regarding the price of the new LG 27GN750 UltraGear – maybe LG will disclose it before IFA 2019 comes to an end. Regarding availability, it will hit the stores in North America in Q4.
