2K’s annual WWE game, WWE 2K20, is currently scheduled to hit consoles and PC on October 22, and it’ll feature quite a bit of single-player content, with arguably the biggest of which being the Showcase mode, which will feature all of the classic moments from the Women’s Evolution.
The mode will focus on WWE’s Four Horsewomen: Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Sasha Banks, and Becky Lynch, and it’ll feature 15 of the group’s best moments, including some of their more significant matches while they were down in NXT.

As of this writing, 2K hasn’t shared any details regarding the annual WWE Universe mode, which has served as a replacement for the long-missed General Manager mode, which hasn’t been featured in a WWE game since SmackDown vs. Raw 2008. Of course, some do enjoy playing through the Universe mode, but there are a ton of players who have been begging for GM mode to return.
WWE star Xavier Woods has been heavily involved in the promotion of WWE 2K20, and a few weeks ago, he teased that he’d have “good news” in the future for fans hoping to see the return of GM mode in this year’s game. But, so far, the New Day member hasn’t expanded upon the news tease.
Expect to see more of WWE 2K20 in the coming weeks, as we’re now a little less than two months away from it being released.
