So many gamers have fell in love with these games as they give them the ability to take flight in realistic planes, seeing incredible views from above. The latest installment is shaping up to be one of the best to date, and it has got the flight simulation community buzzing about its potential.

Currently, there is no official release date. Many enthusiasts are starting to get impatient, naturally. Development does seem to be drawing to a finished product, though. For instance, it was just revealed that the closed beta will be sometime in July.

The developer is even going as far as using mapping and weather information to create realistic backdrops for aspiring pilots and gaming enthusiasts. Never before has flight simulation been as detailed as this, and this could only be the beginning of something truly special for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

If you’re not one of the lucky gamers who gets the chance to experience the closed beta in July, don’t worry.
