All right, Fortnite fam:[citation needed] Brace yourselves for some of the best Ever Fortnite Skins shall soon be applauded again in the anniversary. The legendary John Wick has come back along with the NBA skins into the Item Shop, and a mixed reaction pours half an-half forth from excitement and frustration.
Fortnite allegedly has a trusted leak account, revealing that John Wick would be sold twice, Battle Ready eight times, Fort Ballers three times, and Meows & Mischief three times. So now we are looking at an immense amount of repeats, and the reactions are definitely not a unanimous choice.
Reactions flooded the replies instantly. Some were hyped. @Raosagar65 stated plainly, “Jhon is best.” (Yeah, the spell-check took the back-burner for the occasion.) Others could hardly watch this chance go by: @2064Niko mourned, “I wish we got a skin for Ballerina, we get John Wick back every month.” Ouch.
Then, there were the ongoing arguments from missing skin. Street Fighter and the Terminator T-800 were conspicuously absent, and the players surely pitched in with their cries of disappointment. @kylesk8rgirly cried outright, “NO STREET FIGHTER NO T-800 😢😢,” and @Christiano990 launched into a tirade against “that ugly ass cat skin” and tossed in a demand for Street Fighter. (Epic, are you listening?)
Although the John Wick return isn’t totally random, some have speculated it could be tying in with Ballerina, an upcoming movie spin-off from the Wick universe. @MrBaldesarra mused, “Would have been good if they’d release an Eve skin.” But nope, just Wick. Again.
Meanwhile, third time around for the return of the NBA skins-Fort Ballers with many rolling their eyes! But hey, if you haven’t got those skins on your back, this is your third opportunity to ball out on your game menu.
And the bigger drama continues: the rotation of the Item Shop; some players calling this one among the worst ever (@tanzicz even went far to predict it might be in the “top 5 worst”), meanwhile, there’s still hope for a Street Fighter or Terminator drop before the week ends; @Thegrinchh32 insinuated: “Hopefully he come tomorrow bc hella stuff leaving like Tron which is a big tab and The FERRARI 296 GTB bundle.”
Don’t forget the locked game modes grow more mysterious by the day. With all those skins leaving the shop soon, players have to start wondering if Epic Games is clearing space for something big–a rumored Street Fighter collab? Or, you know, just more John Wick.
The rotation of the Fortnite shop is always a gamble at the end of the day. This is where sometimes you hit gold, and other times…you just get cats and basketball players. What’s for sure, though, is that the Fortnite community never holds in their words. Be it for Wick or Ryu, Item Shop drama is a wild ride.
