When longtime Call of Duty developer Infinity Ward released the reveal trailer for the relaunch of the Modern Warfare series at the end of last month, it was done strictly to show off the game's single-player campaign. But, the developers finally did show off a bit of what the game's multiplayer will look like upon its release via a couple of screenshots.\r\n\r\nWith E3 week being in full swing, Infinity Ward decided that now is the perfect time to tease what the upcoming Modern Warfare's multiplayer mode will look like, and you check out the very first screenshot below.\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/CallofDuty\/status\/1138853471464148994\r\n\r\nThe developer did produce a second screenshot, which confirmed the return of the Juggernaut Suit. Of course, this will be a controversial addition to the relaunch of the Modern Warfare series, as the polarizing item has been a bit overpowered in past releases.\r\n\r\nFirst seen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2's Spec Ops mode, the aforementioned Juggernaut Suit can absorb a significant amount of damage. On top of that, players who used the item could carry a heavy machine gun, ensuring that they can deal a ton of damage to their opponents.\r\n\r\nThe suit also appeared in Call of Duty: Black Ops, and in Modern Warfare 3. As of this writing, there's been no further information on what role the Juggernaut Suit will have in the newest Modern Warfare game, and whether or not it'll be tied in with a kill streak.\r\n\r\nOh, and here's a screenshot of the Juggernaut Suit in action from the Modern Warfare relaunch.\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/twitter.com\/charlieINTEL\/status\/1138572903111372803\r\n\r\nUnfortunately, Infinity Ward didn't show off any gameplay from their newest Call of Duty project. But, we'll probably get a gameplay reveal at some point in the very near future, as the game is set to be released in roughly four months from now.\r\n\r\nObviously, the multiplayer mode is the driving force behind the Call of Duty franchise, which is why the campaign mode was completely taken out of the series's most recent release. But thankfully, Infinity Ward decided to include a single player mode for the relaunch of the Modern Warfare series.\r\n\r\nFor now, it looks like Infinity Ward is keeping everything close to the vest. But, there's probably a good chance that we'll get a peek at what the multiplayer mode will look like before the end of the summer.\r\n\r\nCall of Duty: Modern Warfare is set to be released on consoles and PC on October 25.
