Some Fortnite players seem to have caught themselves in a storm over an alleged loading screen that teases Robin and Starfire, and not all players have really taken kindly to this decision so far. The image acts as a teaser, showing the two Teen Titans sharing the screen, generating a lot of heat among the fans, mainly because it shows the wrong Robin.

For the record, no Tim Drake before us-the Robin-agent-of-chaos, a.k.a. not Dick Grayson (Nightwing)-caused some confusion for some players. One user by the name of @blaze33345, in fact, emphatically declared, “WRONG ROBIN THAT’S NOT NIGHTWING,” while others such as @Maou616 joked “no way they doin it with the wrong robin😭.”

Others, though, don’t seem to mind. For some players, any face-time for the duo is enough consolement. @Travis67142308 said, “can’t they just be hanging out?” whereas @LittleStray_009 said, “SO DAMN CUTE 😭.”

The loading screen kept hope alive for more Teen Titan content in Fortnite: Top players are still eager for Starfire to be put in the item shop again, even if she’s been in the game for years. @_MasterMash asked, “Will beast boy and star fire return to the item shop soon?” while @iGryphn continued with the suggestion that Epic should drop a new Raven skin for people who missed out on her battle pass version.

Then comes the shipping debate: Some fans expressed confusion at or outright disdain for the very notion of Tim Drake/Starfire, with @KalEl49er coming down on it as “gross.” On the other hand, @MrHarmlessTTV just seemed to casually state, “Tim is bi,” as if that settled the matter.

Though the loading screen has not yet gone public, players are already weaving theories about its meanings: Is this a nod to a Teen Titans crossover down the road? Or is it simply a joke from Epic? Wild reactions, either way.

That would actually go along with how Fortnite manages to keep people talking. Love it or hate it, the waves created by this loading screen are huge. Now it’s the waiting-will they release-it-or-they-actually-do-the-right-Robin kind of game.

Oh, and shoutout to @AshtemShop, who declared a joke that they wanted a completely different loading screen. Priorities, right?

So what say you? Wrong Robin, or does it not matter? Fortnite has always been interesting, no matter what.
