Final Fantasy Brave Exvius is a free-to-play RPG available on iOS, Android, and Amazon Fire devices. The mobile game is a spin-off of the Final Fantasy series, with some elements from Alim’s previous game Brave Frontier.

The app has become popular worldwide, celebrating over 40 million downloads. The game features characters from both the Final Fantasy and Brave Frontier series, along with other Square Enix series like Kingdom Hearts. Even musicians like Katy Perry and Ariana Grande made appearances in the game.

For those unfamiliar with the title, the official website states: “Crystals and heroes. Fear, Friendship, and a world in peril. Two young knights of valor and a girl bereft of memory are pulled by a string of fate across realms of beauty and danger.”

To play the game, users can tap to join battles and swipe to attack. To earn exclusive rewards, users can take on quests to fight creatures for loot. While there is plenty of PvE content to enjoy, players can also take part in PvP battles.

The title has become so popular that it has spawned a real-life musical. Final Fantasy Brave Exvius The Musical is based on the game. The first promotional poster as recently released, showcasing Rain and Lasswell.

Fumiya Matsuzaki is in charge of writing the screenplay and directing the musical. This week, all of the cast members were listed on the official website.

The protagonist, Rain, is being played by Aran Abe who appeared in the Kiki’s Delivery Service stage play. Lasswell is portrayed by Hiroki Nakada, who played Danganronpa 3: The End of Kibogamine Gakuen The Stage in 2018.

Additional roles include Kanon Nanaki as Fina, Saho Aono as Lid, Kohei Norizuki as Nichol, and many more.

Although the full cast has been revealed, only images for Rain and Lasswell have been shown. Photos of the actors in their FFBE outfits have been shared on social media, but not for any of the other announced cast members. As the debut date approaches, it’s likely more media will be released of the other characters.
