February is turning into quite the Pokemon extravaganza with voting, events, and much more happening throughout the month. In true celebration of the month of love, Pokemon Go has announced their Valentine’s Day event. This year Pokemon Go is going all pink starting on Valentine’s day.
Players can look forward to an increase of pink Pokemon appearing in the wild, in Raids, and inside Eggs. Many of the popular favorites will be appearing, including Jigglypuff and Chansey.

To make the event more exciting, two new Pokemon will be debuting for the first time in Pokemon GO. Audino and Alomomola will be appearing more often, but be warned; they are hard to find, so you will need some luck on your side to add them to your collection. These are not the only rare monsters making an appearance as trainers should be on the lookout for Happiny or a Shiny Chansey in the wild.
There are some other additions to Valentine’s Day events fun. There will be some hidden bonuses patched into the festivities, lure modules will last six hours, and there will be double the catch candy. These features should make it even more worth the effort in collecting the event’s special Pokemon.
The festivities will be starting on Friday 14, at 8:00 A.M. and will continue until Monday, February 17, at 10:00 P.M. your local time. For more Pokemon goodness, there will be a special Raid Day hosted from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. local time on Saturday, February 15, featuring Lickitung.
For some extra incentive, Lickitung will know Body Slam, and players have a chance to gain up to five additional Raid Passes for free by spinning Photo Discs at Gyms.

A new teaser for Pokemon Masters continues the Pokemon excitement of the month as it gives a look at what appears to be a live-action Professor Oak. This means that he could be the next character to join the game, an if that is true, he will be added on February 14. There is no information as to what Pokemon Professor Oak will be paired with, but fans are excited nonetheless.
You can play both Pokemon GO and Pokemon Masters on both iOS and Android devices. Both games are free to play and are super popular among the Pokemon community. If you enjoy the game and show, then this might be something for fans to look into for another experience in the fantastical world of Pokemon.
