Anew from the gaming world! If you are like me, then recently you have spent quite an amount of time whacking monsters within Diablo. That being said, let’s talk about what is causing ambient conversation: pets! Yes, those cute little pets that follow you while you slaughter your enemies. Just the other day, someone on Twitter was asking which pet ought to witness your “unholy slaughter.” Worthy of a thought or two!
So, let’s break it down; Perry-the-goat seems to be the first. In Schattas words, Perry is a pretty popular pet for really, who does not want to have a goat? Another follower was quick to counter: “Perry AND Asheara!” Now, that gets the reader all excited! Can you just imagine the annihilation that would unfold with these two? They would be like two BFFs ready to conquer together!
However, not all love pets notwithstanding the price. One user said: “$25 for a freaking pet skin. No.” Ouch! For something that just looks cute, that’s way too overpriced, aren’t you? Is Blizzard just cashing on all this fondness that we have for these tiny ones? As if that were not enough, the server vindication! Another user mocked, “How about upgrading this prepaid Boost mobile server y’all are using?” Some of them might be feeling this because of the pinch they seem to earn spending their dollars.
Now, moving along seeing that the selections are vying for the love of peoples. Asheara appears to be loved too! One user said, “Unlimited tummy rubs? Asheara.” Who can resist that? It’s all about the feels, right? Some people are willing to pay for these pets, yet they feel that they should at least be getting something extra for their money.
Then it is about the crow. “Seriously tho? T4 for EVERYTHING?” commented another player. “Impossible to get that raven.” Apparently, getting the best pets comes with its own burden. But that is pretty much where glory comes from; the grind for that last pet makes the victory so worthwhile!
Not that everybody sees eye to eye on that. One said from the start, “There is only 1 good boy.” Short and sweet! But that begs the question, who is this “good boy”? Perry, Asheara, or some rare gem we haven’t considered?
The bottom line is that the pet debate in the Diablo world is hot! Team Perry? Team Asheara? Anyway, these little guys sure do add a little something amidst the mayhem of battle. Who’s your pick?
