Hype is real, choombas. So, a quick tweet after an epic teaser for #GeForceSummer Nights all in Cyberpunk 2077. Two days away from the show, they asked players to highlight their ridiculous, overpowered weapons in the game. And oh, those responses came in!
Again, DougieFresh came in with Comrade’s Hammer: a freakin’ revolver so busted collateral damage is said to be in the form of a pocket nuke by anyone who tried to use it. Goodie. Subsilent00 followed with the Hawk assault rifle from Phantom Liberty Swiss-cheesing every crimson enemy ever. Then there went Steve Hill going all classic with the BFG while just shooting some Doom energy into Night City.
Now, talk about real MVPs: Azula.exe were over mantis blades because nothing more says “I hate your face” than wolverine claws to the bonks. Smokedog puts the Midnight Arms Erebus on the table so nasty it probably breaks a few Night City ordinances. Meanwhile, Conor shoots corpo rats with Rebecca’s shotgun. What a tribute.
Now, the biggest flexever: SpartanDusk boldly says that the most OP weapon comes after 100 hours of grinding. Meanwhile, Stinkabletv shouted out their GTX 1080 Ti rig. Respect.
The Cyberpunk living doesn’t have every soul enjoying itself. AirThreep dropped the most tragic reply: “I have never played it. Unplayable on my computer.” Oof! Maybe #GeForceSummer Nights convinces you to upgrade, bud.
And well, speaking of uplift, mark your calendars for the 11th July, 6 to 8 PM PT. Hosted by the GeForce’s very own JacobF, the leaks say this promises to be a hysterical trip down memory lane. Think in-depth colloquy about Cyberpunk 2077 layering with discussions of RTX cooler and maybe, just maybe, even a sneak peek or two about what’s next for Night City.
So go grab your favorite OP weapon, or just spuds and popcorn-theixtures! You stand for Comrade’s Hammer or “I am the weapon” knows one thing: Cyberpunk 2077 arsenal is absurd, just like its fans. And may they never change.
