G.Skills has always been in the leading edge of tech rigs, and this time they are making waves again with new additions to the Trident Z Neo series. The computer hardware company will be releasing two DDR4-3800 CL14 optimized memory kits for AMD’s 3rd Gen Ryzen desktop processing units. The new memory kit will be equipped with two RAM capacities, the 16GB (2x 8GB), 32GB (4x 8GB), and 64GB (4x 16GB). All variants are out-of-the-box baseline ready with the JEDEC standard DDR4-2133 module.
Because the Trident Z Neo RAM is expected to run the power and performance-hungry Ryzen CPU, these processors are binned at an impressive 3,800MHz speed and clocked at CL14-16-16-36. High-performance memory kits can have CL14-14-14-34 timing while the lower end memory kit will have CL16-18-18-38 clockwork. The CL timings and memory speed can also be deduced with the fast and advanced DIMM, the Samsung B-die DDR4 chips.
Similar to other offerings from the Trident Z series, the Trident Z Neo is expected to have dual-tone modules and a heat spreader with superior tri-fin architecture. This cooling power will complement the 8-zone RGB lighting, which is fully customizable. The RGB customization can be done through the Trident Z software. Using a third-party RGB adjustment software like the Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome, the MSI Mystic Light, or the Asus Aura Sync.
Although G.Skill specified the internal power of the new Trident Z Neo RAM, they were not keen on providing details about its operating voltage. Although reports are claiming that the new Trident Z Neo RAM will have a 1.35V capacity. The manufacturer also has not released a product specifications guide for reference. Though it is expected that the manufacturer will publish them before the eventual product launch before the end of the month.
G.Skill is another Taiwanese computer hardware manufacturer who has been in the market since 1989. The company has produced some of the most reliable and high-end computer products including the new Trident Z Neo RAM. Though they have been one of the leading computer parts manufacturers, it was not until 2003 when the company debuted their memory products.
With the new G.Skill Trident Z Neo RAM, the 3rd Generation Ryzen CPU will be much more reliable in terms of graphics rendition and SSD performance. The product is supported by the XMP 2.0 standard and has a lifetime warranty backing.
