Yes, we know it’s a weird name for an event.

World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth is filled with special events that help compliment certain playstyles. Sometimes players will be given extra reputation, bonus rewards from dungeons, or extra honor from battlegrounds.

Whichever it is, it always marks a fantastic time for players to grind out the content that’s being featured that week. If you get really lucky, the event may overlap with another to help exponentially increase rewards.

Such is the case with the Super Squirt event, which provides Battle Pet lovers with the best chance to power-level as any pets as they want up to max level. Best of all, it takes no time at all, with it being more than possible to level dozens of pets to 25 (the max level for pets) within an hour.

The Super Squirt event isn’t an officially scheduled event so many others, but simply the combination of two events that happen to fall on the same time period and combine to create the best chance for Battle Pet leveling possible.

The first event active is for characters that have put in the relatively-minor amount of work to upgrade their garrison, a feature from the Warlords of Draenor expansion. Currently, the Battle Pets NPC Squirt is active in garrisons.

It’s important to note that Squirt will not appear without a Rank 3 Stronghold! If you’ve met this requirement, Squirt can be found near the Battle Pets trainer, surrounded by her three pets Tyri, Deebs, and Puzzle, all of whom are references to Blizzard’s Diablo franchise.

Second, the current weekly event is the Sign of the Critter, which increases Battle Pet experience gained by 200%. This counts for all sources of Battle Pet experience, but combined with the increased experience given from Squirt, the number ends up exponential.

There are even ways to increase the experience gained even further! For example, players can use pet treats to increase the amount of experience a pet earns, which will also be increased by the Sign of the Critter buff.

Squirt’s fight is no longer than any other pet battle, making it easy to swiftly level your battle pets without much of a hassle. However, do keep in mind that you have to win to get experience, so you’ll need to have a few pets already max that can beat her team.

Finally, you’ll need to make sure the pet you’re leveling sees action at least once in the fight – preferably without dying. They’ll need to be active for at least a turn or no experience will be given, so make sure you plan accordingly!
