As it turns out, there are few people more powerful than the folks who are behind the franchise of games known to modern gamers as Ubisoft. This is a corporation comprised of developers who seek nothing more than to knock you off of your feet and make everything worthwhile and happy and powerful for you. They are the kinds of their own domain, and they love to see it all happen wherever they can make it happen. And this is why they do so well with everything they happen to be given. They are the people lovers, and this is their power.

So what happened when they decided to release a new game called Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla, based in the wild, wild world of the Vikings era? Well, they got a lot of sour looks and angry demands from baby gamers. That’s right, the gamer community reached out with massive backlash because they were upset that there were female Vikings in a Viking game and apparently this was not historically accurate or something, which is just a whole lot of crazy talk when you think about. So Ubisoft decided to make a stand. They ended up making a full-on assault against the community of baby gamers in an attempt to seize the means of baby gaming back from the gamers who try to complain about everything they do and all of the rest of it. Did it work?

Well, this is a question for another time. But the folks over at Ubisoft basically decided that they were no longer going to tolerate the kinds of the evil they find perpetrated by the enemies of the gaming state and all of the rest of it. This is a difficult strategy but it might just be one that works out for them.

Ubisoft said they did not care about historical accuracy because they were game makers. And also, as it turns out, female Vikings are actually historically accurate.

In one swift move, Ubisoft dealt a death blow to all of the haters and their ilk.
