One resourceful player of Elden Ring reasoned that the game would benefit from the addition of a well-known character from Game of Thrones, so they designed their take on Tyrion Lannister. That player made a valid point when they said that the Elden Ring’s character builder is so detailed that it can be used to create virtually any player in the game.

Tyrion Lannister’s evolution from antihero to hero throughout the series has made him one of the genre’s most enduringly popular characters. Someone in Elden Ring has made him one of the Tarnished, so he can fight again — though not against the White Walkers.

Player spyagent01 from Reddit is the latest to try out the game’s “create anyone” feature. The billboard featured two images of the fictional Tyrion Lannister they created, both of which were spot-on representations of the brave dwarf-like guy from HBO’s Game of Thrones series and, of course, the books that the series was based on.

The images may represent two distinct eras of Tyrion’s life in Westeros. First, as a royal court member, he had the privilege of residing within the palace walls and enjoying all of its amenities. The second photo depicts the protagonist when he appears in a rough spot and hasn’t bothered to maintain his appearance.

One Reddit user may want to create different Game of Thrones characters, but many others show how easily the game can be modified to fit new settings. Plenty of players bring their interpretations of their favorite fictional characters and real-life celebrities into Elden Ring. In addition, some people are experimenting with the overall concept by creating mods that accomplish things like putting Thomas the Tank Engine in Elden Ring.
