Earlier this week, the new release date for The Last of Us Part II was revealed, as the sequel to Naughty Dog’s 2013 survival/horror blockbuster will now launch on June 19, and shortly thereafter, the game returned to the PlayStation Store. Like before, there are two digital versions of TLOU Part II: Standard Edition ($59.99) and the Digital Deluxe Edition ($69.99).

Below is a list of what’s included when you purchase the Digital Deluxe version of The Last of Us Part II.

  • Ammo Capacity Upgrade: Instantly unlock an ammo capacity upgrade for Ellie’s pistol.
  • Crafting Training Manual: Instantly unlock the Crafting Training Manual, which provides access to new crafting recipes and upgrades.
  • PS4 Dynamic Theme.
  • Set of 6 PSN Avatars.
  • Digital Soundtrack.
  • Digital Mini Art Book from Dark Horse.

There are several versions to choose from if you’re planning on getting a physical copy, and they range from the Standard Edition, which costs $59.99, and the Ellie Edition, which costs $230.

The Last of Us Part II’s return to the PlayStation Store also revealed its file size, which is around 100GB, making it the largest PS4 exclusive ever. Also, like with Rockstar Games’ Red Dead Redemption 2, the physical version of Naughty Dog’s upcoming sequel will have two discs, one of which will install the game on your console.

Unfortunately, not all news surrounding The Last of Us Part II has been good, as its entire plot has been leaked online. So, if you’re eagerly anticipating the release of Naughty Dog’s latest project, you’ll have to avoid spoilers for the next seven weeks, barring any further delays.

After the game’s plot got leaked, Polygon reached out to Naughty Dog for a response, and they provided the following statement.

“We’re disappointed that anyone would release unauthorized pre-launch footage of The Last of Us Part II, disrupt years of Naughty Dog’s hard work and ruin the experience for fans worldwide. We want everyone to have the opportunity to play The Last of Us Part II at the same time and ask that viewing or sharing of the unauthorized footage be avoided.”
