Mobile gamers have been treated with a variety of stellar Android games the past couple of years. So naturally, Google Play has celebrated the best games of 2019!
The Best Games of 2019 has six different subcategories. Everything from the Best Game, to Best Indie, and the Users’ Choice game, has been sorted out for 2019.
Best Game of 2019 – Call of Duty: Mobile
It’s only been out a couple of months, but it has genuinely taken mobile by storm. The Call of Duty franchise has been borrowed from console and put into gamers’ hands, and the gameplay has lived up to expectations.
A great thing Activision has done with the game is making sure there is a constant stream of content for games to consume. Whether its introducing limited-time modes like Zombies or building controller support for the game, this game is fantastic.
Users’ Choice Game of 2019 – Call of Duty: Mobile
For all the reasons mentioned above, and many more, Call of Duty: Mobile was voted by Android users as the game of 2019. It did face some stiff competition, however, beating out 13 other games, including Stardew Valley and RAID: Shadow Legends.
Best Competitive Games of 2019 – Multiple Winners
Google Play couldn’t just pick one, so there are five winners in this category. The winners are:
• Brawl Stars
• Call of Duty: Mobile
• Rumble Stars Football
• Tacticool – 5v5 Shooter
• Tennis Clash: 3D Free Multiplayer Sports Games
There’s something for everybody in this list of 2019 competitive greats.

Some of the greatest games ever made come from barely-known developers. That’s why there are fives winners:
• Ailment
• CHUCHEL
• Grimvalor
• Stardew Valley
• Tiny Room Stories: Town Mystery
Best Casual Games of 2019 – Multiple Winners
Sometimes, it’s nice to grab a mobile device and play a game without a high level of intensity or a deep storyline to invest into.
• Angry Birds Dream Blast
• Diner DASH Adventures
• Golf Peaks
• Mario Kart Tour
• Vineyard Valley: Match & Blast Puzzle Design Game
Best Innovative Games of 2019 – Multiple Winners
Being different is cool, no matter what you were told in high school. These games tried something new, and they’re super cool for doing that.
• Archero
• Assassin’s Creed Rebellion: Adventure RPG
• Auto Chess
• The Elder Scrolls: Blades
• Minit
