What does this mean for you? Well, hopes to play both titles on an Xbox Series X could be a pipe dream or a long wait. And also, it means more wins for the PlayStation 5 yet.

With that said, Ghostwire: Tokyo from Shinji Mikami’s studio/ Tango Gameworks and Deathloop from Arkane Lyon are the selected titles to be released under Bethesda Softwork’s publishing trademark.

Moreover, both game titles were revealed at last year’s E3 conference. However, the visuals were in disarray as the developers channeled their coding prowess towards the buildings in the world and setting of each game.

Here’s an excerpt from Arkane Lyon studios about Deathloop:

Deathloop is an innovative first-person shooter launching exclusively for PlayStation 5 and PC from Arkane Lyon, the award-winning studio behind the critically acclaimed abandoned franchise. Deathloop will continue in Arkane’s signature gameplay design, giving players an optional field to play.

Check out the official PS5 gameplay trailer for Deathloop below:

As Colt, players are trapped in a time loop on the mysterious island of Blackreef, doomed to repeat the same day for eternity. The only chance for escape is to break the loop by assassinating eight key targets before the cycle repeats. However, lurking in the shadows is sworn rival Julianna, equipped with her own equally powerful abilities and weapons, on a mission to protect the loop by assassinating Colt, and restarting the cycle. Deathloop is launching Holiday 2020.

Here’s an excerpt from Shinji Mikamo and Tango Gameworks about Ghostwire – Tokyo:

From Shinji Mikami and Tango Gameworks comes Ghostwire: Tokyo, a next-gen action-adventure game coming exclusively to PlayStation 5 and PC in 2021. Investigate the streets of a Tokyo beset by spirits and supernatural threats with an arsenal of powerful tech and elemental abilities at your command. Tango has taken full advantage of the power of the PS5’s next-gen hardware to create an immersive and mysterious world to explore.

Ghostwire: Tokyo will be available in 2021 while Deathloop will drop later this year during Holiday 2020. While both titles are prepped to launch as PS5 console exclusives, they will also launch on PC.

Also, while the longevity of the exclusivity is unknown, we’d update you once an official date has been confirmed by Bethesda Softworks. Which game do you think would make the rounds once it drops?
