Another week of Call of Duty League has come to a close, and one team reigns supreme. After two hard-fought days in London, the Chicago Huntsmen have claimed victory over the other seven participating teams.

The London Royal Ravens hosted week 2, and they battled it out with seven other teams in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare action. The teams that competed are the New York Subliners, Paris Legion, Seattle Surge, Chicago Huntsmen, Dallas Empire, Toronto Ultra, and Los Angeles, Guerrillas.

Day two of Week 2 in London featured seven matchups, with the first four matches determining the winners of Losers Bracket A and B.

In the first matchup of the day, Seattle Surge defeated the Los Angeles Guerrillas 3-2 to move into the finals of Losers Bracket A against the Dallas Empire.

The second matchup had Paris Legion taking it to Toronto Ultra, getting the victory 3-1, and earning their spot in the finals of Losers Bracket B against the New York Subliners.

The winner of Losers Bracket A was determined in the third matchup of the day when the Dallas Empire defeated the Seattle Surge 3-1. And in the fourth matchup, Paris Legion dominated the New York Subliners 3-0 to win the Losers Bracket B.

With the winners from those two brackets, the final four teams were established: Dallas Empire, Paris Legion, Chicago Huntsmen, and London Royal Ravens.

The first semi-final matchup was between the London Royal Ravens and the Dallas Empire. The Royal Ravens took an early 2-0 lead in the best-of-five series, winning Hardpoint and Search and Destroy. But, Dallas Empire rallied and won the last three matches, and ultimately came out on top with a 3-2 victory.

Next up, the Chicago Huntsmen took on the Paris Legion in a back-and-forth battle. Paris won Hardpoint, then Chicago won Search and Destroy and Domination. Then, Paris forced a game five when they won Hardpoint again. But it wasn’t enough as the Huntsmen dominated the Legion in Search and Destroy, winning 6-0 and the matchup.

The finals were set, with the Dallas Empire squaring off against the Chicago Huntsmen. And in an impressive feat of strength, Chicago swept Dallas, winning the first three matches of the best-of-five series. By defeating the Empire, the Huntsmen became the winners of Week 2!
