Microsoft has revealed the new games that will be hitting the Xbox One platform from next week, September 9.
A total of 11 games will be available including eFootball PES 2020, Gears 5, Nascar Heat 4 and NHL 20. Whether you are a sports fan, racing enthusiast or a sucker for action games, there’s something for everyone. Please note, while the Xbox blog lists GRID, Codemasters pushed the release date of the racing simulator to October.

September 9
Only one game will be coming to Xbox One tomorrow, Monday, September 9, Path of Exile: Blight. This is a free-to-play RPG, and the object is to stop the spread of the deadly blight. Build towers and defend yourself against the wrath of monsters.
September 10
Gears 5 is the successor of Gears of War 4 and this time, it is bigger than ever before. Gears 5 drops on September 10 and features a more in-depth campaign and give new thrilling modes. Xbox One X fans will love the gameplay in 4K and HDR at smooth 60fps.
Racing fans will be treated to the stunning graphics and immersive audio in the new NASCAR Heat 4 set for release on Tuesday, September 10. The racing franchise brings in board improved AI controls for realistic gameplay, new drafting features, unlockable paint schemes, and track maps just to mention a few. Jump into the driving seat and take on other players in any of the 38 NASCAR-inspired tracks.
Experience realistic soccer gameplay, with some of the best teams in the world including Spanish and Italian Giants, Barcelona and Juventus. This year, Konami has assured its fans an avant-garde soccer simulation experience thanks to AI and Fox Engine. eFootball PES 2020 is poised to be a big threat to the FIFA franchise’s dominance.
Greedfall will also be hitting Xbox on Tuesday. In this role-playing action game, use diplomacy, deception and sometimes force to survive through the uncharted new lands set in the 17th C. In the course of your expedition, you will find vast treasures and lost secrets as well as scary creatures.
The last game coming on Tuesday is NHL 20, and this one is for the hockey fans. Just like all other sports franchises, this one brings on board smooth and realistic RPM Tech-powered gameplay and Superstar Signature Shots.
September 11
Wednesday won’t be a busy day as well, and only one game will be released. This is Distraint, a 2D psychological horror adventure game.
September 12
Again on Thursday, just one game is coming, and this is Super Dodgeball Beats, the craziest dodgeball contest ever.
September 13
Finally on Friday, Ellen- The Game will be released alongside Light Fairytale – Episode 1 and Colina: Legacy.
And it’s not only Microsoft that has announced the upcoming games on their platform. Sony has also revealed the PlayStation games for next week, September 9 and they include eFootball, NHL 20 and Nascar Heat 4 just to mention a few.
