If you have been watching esports in Valorant, then you would know Alfajer is a name that sends chills down the spine of opponents; a new viral clip on Twitter proves that this guy is phenomenal. What could this guy possibly be made of? The tweet from ValorINTEL just said everything, and they aren’t wrong: “ALFAJER IS AN ANIMAL.”
The clip linked to the tweet has Alfajer making insane plays. If you haven’t seen them, you definitely should. The players in the reply section were losing their minds with comments like “He is a monster” and “I know prime yay when I see one.” And yeah, the comparison to yay, who’s among the most feared players in Valorant, is not a mere hype. Alfajer is a notch higher than him in precision and game sense.
But the discussion veered off into side corridors. One wild comment was: “Crowd pop got nothing on CS Crowds,” which, okay, sure, but it’s not CS:GO, my dude. Then the other reply also dropped a classic “Sir this is a Wendy’s,” amen to that, but at least let’s allow others to enjoy it.
What started was a short debate about the Chamber, the agent Alfajer was playing. One player responded directly: “In the right hands, Chamber isn’t washed!” And honestly, after showing this clip, who’s going to argue? If it’s that Alfajer playing Chamber, then, yeah, he’s still scary.
Some of these replies heated up with spiced arguments about T1 and DRX not really deserving their slots. Another said that the matches are “absolute shit to watch,” which, ouch. But, hey, that’s esports discourse. People will always have their opinions, especially on who deserves what in competitive play.
The crazy thing is how many people outright compare Alfajer to the prime version of yay. “Prime yay would have killed the last one,” said one reply, another replying, “Looking like Yay out there,” which is very much high praise given yay’s status in Valorant. Alfajer has really made his name for himself now, and judging by this video, the dude isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
More international gushing again: a Portuguese-language reply (“Alfa de chamber é tenso demais,” roughly translated) reckons Alfajer’s Chamber is too intense, a fact. The guy’s playing like he’s got a grudge on the enemy team.
So yes, if you haven’t been following Alfajer, now is your time. This guy is something more than good. If you are a hardcore Valorant fan or somebody who appreciates insane gameplay, this clip should be proof enough that Alfajer has arrived. We are genuinely rooting for him.
Now hold on a sec while I go and re-watch the clip for the tenth time.
