A Pokemon’s early games fan speculates what Koraidon would be like if it were developed in the same style as Scarlet and Violet. These pixelized Pokemon representations show how the creatures would appear if we weren’t so accustomed to viewing them in 3D.

Koraidon is Pokemon Scarlet’s box legendary. The pocket monster will take on various shapes and sizes depending on the environment as it transports players across Paldea. Unfortunately, the typing abilities of Typing Koraidon, like Pokemon Violet’s main legendary Miraidon, are a mystery.

A Reddit user named The Internet Goblin drew an image depicting what Koraidon from Pokemon Scarlet might look like in Game Freak‘s Generation 2 series. Many of the pocket monster’s unique characteristics persist even in pixel form. The tires in its breast and abdomen, the braid and feathers on its head and back, and the horns on its shoulders all contribute to this appearance. All those who remember playing Pokemon Gold and Silver will enjoy the Internet Goblin’s outstanding effort.

Numerous people appreciate the work of the Internet Goblin. A commenter suggested making a Pokemon game similar to HeartGold and SoulSilver with the Generation 9 pocket monsters because they were bored with the more recent Pokemon games and gave up on them.

A player also remarked that the Generation 2 art is the only pixel artwork they would like to look at instead of 3D models. The painting is a fresh take on a pocket monster from Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and it pays respect to a classic era of the franchise.

Artists are creating pixel art for many different pocket monsters like the Internet Goblin. A member of the Reddit community going by the name of arkhai2 made a sculpture of the Pokemon Rayquaza.
