So, are you guys ready? If those leaks can tell a story, this is actually going to be a wild ride next season. Popular leaker @SamLeakss shared some heavy hints into the possibility of many mythics being added in this update, and everyone’s mind is already going crazy with possibilities.
So, what are we really talking about? The tweet is simple enough—the cryptic “Multiple new collabs with mythics are expected to drop next season 🔥” and linked to it. In the replies, however, is where chaos really starts.
Immediately the Naruto fans entered stage left: User @DmaxDZN nearly screamed “Saskeeeeeeeeeeeeee” (For those out of the loop: Sasuke is the rival to Naruto). And honestly? I can see this logic. Naruto mythics have been huge in the past-if not considering-anime collabs seem to be Epic’s perennial passion.
But wait-there’s more. Another player, @MrSnakeStick, proposed a One Punch Man mythic. Just imagine landing, punching a guy once, and then going off to a match. Perfect kind of madness. And @AintHeTooSuave feels like a Solo Leveling collab would be mind-blowing because of how famous that series has become.
Not even everyone is a crazy fan. About those, @clixzyxfps is already lamenting how “annoying” this is going to be. And honestly? Fair. These mythics could change everything about how a match plays out, and now we’re talking about multiple of those changes coming into the game. Say goodbye to the meta—that’s not even an over-exaggeration.
A spinoff theory for Blitz is also there: Others in the replies, like @Coolpersonidk20 and @ahn_drehs, would actually prefer myth-lies related to the Blitz mode-rumor-a faster and wilder Fortnite, with old mythics returning there. Sounds genius—bringing back some truly popular items without compromising the main game.
Wildcards, now? @SDHCTP begs for Heath Ledger Joker (100 percent me on that one), while @Tyler82662373 just flung in a “Wreck it Ralph battle pass skin” for no reason whatsoever. Epic, if you’re out there… Please?
That really puts the question in the spotlight. Would those collabs be heavily anime-based? Could there finally be a comeback for Marvel or DC? And, more importantly—Would Superman mythics ever finally make a return? (Shoutout to @YunLiEvanescent for asking the real questions.)
One thing that is for sure: Epic is not slowing down with the crossover. Be it Naruto, One Punch Man, or something completely left field, next season’s mythics are going to change the dynamics. And judging by the replies, the players are so ready for that chaos.
More leaks are on their way because if that tweet is the start, then this season’s going to be awesome. So, who wants to put money on Dragon Ball?
