Things have been a bit rough for WWE 2K20 after its disastrous launch, as the game was plagued with bugs, glitches, and other issues at launch. Thankfully, developer 2K has promised to resolve the aforementioned issues within the next two weeks.
Another thing that’s coming to 2K’s annual pro wrestling game is a DLC add-on, which is being called 2K Originals. Up until recently, the details for the add-on have been a mystery, but a Reddit user named Pepsiguy2 has leaked the details of the upcoming 2K20 expansion.
In the two photos below, you can see the details of the upcoming 2K Originals add-on.

As of this writing, these details haven’t been confirmed, so we’ll have to wait and see if the apparent leak provided the correct information regarding the add-on.
Of course, because of how specific these names are, it’s likely that the items shown in the two photos will be a part of the 2K originals update. Also, this update will likely disappoint some of 2K20’s player base, as it mostly features recycled and remade versions of wrestlers who are already in the game as opposed to adding brand new wrestlers who aren’t already on the roster.
While 2K is working on fixing the bugs and glitches in their annual WWE game, it’s unlikely that the character models will be improved. As most have noted, the game looks much worse than it has in previous years, which is, of course, the opposite of what game developers hope to accomplish with a yearly title.
Last week, it was revealed that even Sony, who never offer refunds for digital purchases, is refunding players who purchased the broken WWE 2K20. If you’re looking to get a refund for your purchase, you’ll have to request one within fourteen days of buying the game.
Earlier this week, 2K released a software patch for the game, but it didn’t fix all of the game’s issues. As for what it did fix, well, it patched up issues regarding warping characters, random in-game crashes, and some of the bugs that have plagued 2K20’s gameplay.
For right now, it’s probably wise to hold off on purchasing WWE 2K20 until the devs have fixed all of the game’s issues, which, as previously mentioned, will reportedly be done within the next couple of weeks. But, if you’re willing to take a chance, then the game is available to be purchased for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC right now.
