All you have to do to get this download free of charge is go to Ubisoft’s website. It’s certainly a game worth exploring over the weekend. At its heart, The Division 2 is a cover-based shooter. You’ll spend a lot of time crouched behind objects to avoid enemy fire. The slightest wrong move will result in your death. This just adds to the tension and gets you immersed in the plot right away.

The setting is Washington, D.C. It couldn’t have been depicted any better than it is in this sequel. The details are on point with everything the real Washington, D.C. offers. You’ll spend a lot of time navigating the beautiful areas to find loot. Speaking of loot, it’s amazing to venture off and search for crates. They’re filled with all sorts of valuable items that you’ll need the further you progress in this game.

The shooting mechanics are much better in this sequel. Every enemy you hit seems to respond in a unique way. It’s a refreshing design that prevents you from suffering from any type of gameplay fatigue. The story isn’t the most gripping and the bosses could be better, but overall, you’ll have a lot of fun with The Division 2.

There are actually quite a bit of things to do as you progress, from taking down enemy patrols to gaining control of certain areas. This variety helps keep things fresh and makes gameplay seem less grindy. This is refreshing to see. It gives gamers a lot of content and experiences to look forward to.

As you progress in the story, the missions have even more meaning. You thus have plenty of incentive to continue your journey all the way until the end. The combat is particularly refined. There are all sorts of weapons to enjoy, from long-range snipers to heavy-duty assault rifles. There’s a weapon for every scenario that you’ll run into.

You’ll also have plenty of side-quests to go on and areas to explore. Overall, The Division 2 delivers on most every front. If you’re looking to spend a few hours tinkering around with a great shooter, this game is worth the download.
